The working principle of the rotating membrane vacuum deaeration system is to apply Henry's law and Dalton's law. According to their conclusion, in a closed container, when any gas exists on the water surface at the same time, the solubility of the gas is proportional to its own partial pressure, while the solubility of the gas is only proportional to its own partial pressure. When the water temperature increases, the partial pressure of water vapor increases, while the partial pressure of air and oxygen decreases. At 100 ℃, the partial pressure drop of oxygen in muffler plate is zero, and the dissolved oxygen in water also drops to zero. When the water pressure is less than atmospheric pressure and the water temperature is low, the oxygen solubility can also reach zero. In water, oxygen molecules are released, or converted into other gases, so the partial pressure of oxygen is zero, oxygen in water will continue to escape, to achieve the effect of oxygen removal. The deaeration process is generally carried out at the temperature of 30 "℃～ 60 ℃. When the water surface temperature is low (60 ℃ or normal temperature), vacuum deaeration can be used for thermal boilers and steam boilers with large load fluctuation and poor thermal deoxidization effect. Compared with the thermal deoxidization technology, the heating conditions are lower, the self consumption of small muffler boiler room is less, and the vacuum deaerator can be arranged at low position, which requires higher requirements for the operation and management of key equipment such as jet pump and pressure pump. The configuration of the lower computer should also have a certain height difference, and the operation and management requirements of key equipment such as fuel injection pump and pressure pump are high.
