Rotary membrane vacuum deaerator is mainly composed of deaerator (Deaerator and deaerator tank), high efficiency rotating membrane device, water jet vacuum pump unit, pump unit, etc. The rotating membrane deaerator is equipped with a high-efficiency rotating film device, which changes the natural falling film into a strong rotating film to increase the rotation speed of the liquid film. The liquid rotates along the inner wall of the rotating film to form a small film skirt, which improves the dispersion and mass transfer functions, and reduces the three heat and mass transfer modes of keeping the steam (gas) channel independent into one, which mainly improves the original vacuum and reduces the boiling point Because of its high deaeration efficiency and special function of improving vacuum and reducing boiling point, the tail muffler breaks through the technical performance of low temperature and low pressure deaeration.

When the rotating membrane deaerator is running, the deaerator tank is in negative pressure state. In the high-level installation, the distance between the outlet of the muffler tank of the filter press and the inlet of the boiler water supply pump is large. When the tank is installed at a low position above 10 meters, the tank outlet is connected with the pump unit, and the negative pressure water enters the boiler water supply pump after boosting the negative pressure.
