The muffler manufacturer shall provide all tools, materials, instruments and labor personnel required for testing and commissioning, and all costs shall be borne by the seller. The instruments used shall be qualified and within the validity period. In practice, some or all of the testing should be done during or after the installation. Commissioning: the commissioning of the equipment shall be carried out under the supervision of relevant departments and the buyer's personnel. Acceptance conditions: the operation results meet the requirements of the contract. The faults and hidden dangers found in the test, trial operation and acceptance operation have been eliminated and approved by the buyer. All goods and materials specified in the contract have been submitted. The equipment shall be handed over to the buyer for use after passing the acceptance of relevant departments and obtaining the use certificate. The complete set of equipment drawings and technical documents have been submitted and accepted. The maintenance point should be located near Pingyang. The maintenance point shall provide sufficient spare parts to meet the maintenance requirements of the project to handle all maintenance services. 24-hour service shall be provided. The maintenance personnel shall arrive at the site within 2 hours after receiving the maintenance call, and put forward the maintenance conclusion or restart the machine, and the service shall be uninterrupted until the end. The Seller shall provide a warranty period of at least 36 months for the muffler of diesel engine after the commissioning, trial operation and acceptance of the whole set of equipment specified in the contract. During this period, if the products are damaged or cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing quality, the Seller shall repair and maintain them free of charge. The work during the warranty period shall include routine inspection and adjustment of all unit systems. The Seller shall at its own expense repair and replace any damage and failure caused by the quality problem of the equipment itself. After the repair, the Seller shall report to the owner in duplicate, including the cause of the fault, the solution, the time required to complete the repair and the date of resuming normal operation.
