The working principle of the two-stage jet vacuum deaerator is to apply Henry's law and Dalton's law. According to Henry's law, the solubility of any gas in a closed vessel is proportional to its own partial pressure, while the solubility of a gas is only proportional to its own partial pressure. When the water temperature increases, the partial pressure of water vapor increases, while the partial pressure of air and oxygen decreases. When the temperature is 100 ℃, the partial pressure drop of oxygen is zero, and the standard of dissolved oxygen in water is reduced. When the water pressure is less than atmospheric pressure, the temperature of the water to be removed will rise, and the oxygen molecules in the water surface space will be separated out or converted into other gases. When the oxygen partial pressure of fan muffler is zero, the oxygen in water will completely escape to achieve the effect of deaeration.

The water temperature of this kind of deoxidization process is generally between 30 ℃ and 60 ℃. When the water surface temperature is low (60 ℃ or normal temperature), the vacuum deaeration device can be used for thermal boilers and steam boilers with large load fluctuation and poor thermal deoxidization effect. For thermal Deoxidization Technology: its heating conditions are very low, the spontaneous combustion steam volume in the boiler room is reduced, and the vacuum deaerator can be placed at a lower position. Compared with the thermal deaeration, the requirements of muffler manufacturing on the operation and management of jet pump, pressure pump and other key equipment are more simple and reasonable. Low displacement also requires a certain height difference, but for the jet pump, pressure pump and other key equipment operation requirements are conventional.
