The measured value of the high lock silencing performance of the microporous plate muffler is better than the theoretical estimation value. The experimental results show that the noise reduction is related to the flow rate, but not to the temperature rise; with the increase of the flow rate, the regenerative noise of the airflow increases and the silencing performance decreases. When the flow rate reaches 70 m / s, the silencing capacity still exceeds 10 dB. The micro perforated plate muffler has better performance than the ordinary resistance muffler.

In combination with the high frequency, high pressure and high air flow places, the blowdown valve muffler adopts the resistance principle in the sound elimination principle, that is, the sudden change of the pipe section is used to transmit the sound wave to the loudspeaker and reflect 180 degrees, so that the wave and wave amplitude are equal, the phase is opposite, and mutual interference is achieved, so as to achieve the most ideal sound elimination effect.

The water temperature of the deaeration method is generally between 30 ℃ and 60 ℃. Vacuum deaeration can be applied to the steam boiler with large load change and poor thermal deoxidization effect, and the effect of vacuum deaeration is good. The thermal deoxidization process has low requirements for heating conditions, reduces the automatic consumption of furnace chamber, and can be equipped with low vacuum deaeration device. The requirements for operation and management of jet pump, pressure pump and other important equipment are simpler and more reasonable than thermal deaeration. Low configuration also requires a certain height difference, but the jet pump, pressure pump and other important equipment operation management requirements are high.
