Our company's original East China muffler factory produced small ozone generator, now we need to expand the product scale and manufacture high-power ozone generator. The electronic generator has met the requirements of high-power equipment, but the domestic muffler of ozone generation and collection device has not been overcome. It is hoped that this difficulty can be overcome through the implementation of this project. With the rapid development of high performance technology in automobile manufacturing industry, the development of automobile technology not only seeks the economic use of automobile, but also improves the comfort and safety of automobile. This puts forward higher requirements for rubber damping elements in terms of vibration reduction, noise reduction, comfort and operation stability. Therefore, our company plans to develop a kind of high-performance damping rubber product with rubber and metal firmly combined at high temperature and liquid oil injected into the intermediate rubber body, which can be used in various frequencies. The support of this product has a certain hydraulic damping effect, which can be damped at the natural frequency point. In addition, in the resonance region of the system, the higher the damping, the better the damping effect.
