Based on the embedded Linux system, the muffler is designed to monitor the parameters of the monitor, such as blood pressure, blood oxygen, end respiratory CO2, cardiac output, anesthetic gas, etc., and online monitoring is realized through network, telephone line and other media. A unique three-dimensional corrugated runway heat exchanger was developed and designed. By increasing the disturbance of fluid medium, the thermal boundary layer is destroyed, the thermal resistance is reduced and the energy efficiency ratio is improved. Based on the analysis of the flow and heat transfer phenomena in the boundary layer between the three-dimensional irregular corrugated tubes, this paper optimizes the turbulence of the three-dimensional irregular corrugated tubes and enhances the heat transfer effect. Through the research on the dynamic characteristics of the water cooling (heating) unit, the automobile muffler manufacturer analyzed the thermal process of the water cooling (heating) unit and the heat transfer process of the refrigeration components. On this basis, a new compound variable flow system is developed by using frequency conversion technology, frequency conversion compression, capillary tube plus electronic expansion valve throttling and fuzzy control technology. By analyzing the performance of variable refrigerant flow under different working conditions and different loads, the good performance of the system at each stage is predicted to improve the efficiency and reliability of the system.
