This project is an embedded BLDCM drive system based on particle swarm optimization algorithm. The main contents include: the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to realize the three closed-loop control of the position, current and speed of the BLDC motor, the regenerative braking of the controllable current and voltage of the electric vehicle, and the smooth driving of the sensorless BLDCM. The main innovation points are as follows: 1. the implementation scheme of single chip microcomputer of BLDCM controller. At present, the control part of the popular BLDCM controller is composed of a single chip microcomputer plus several logic circuits and amplifying circuits. Muffler muffler this project integrates all amplifying circuit, sampling circuit and control circuit into PSoC chip to realize the single chip control scheme, which not only reduces cost, but also improves the reliability of the system, and also conforms to the trend of high integration of electronic products. 2. high power six phase BLDCM controller. Compared with three-phase BLDCM and BLDCM, six phase BLDCM has the advantages that high power BLDCM can not compare with that of high power BLDCM with more than 1000W, and its torque is more stable, jitter and noise are lower, and current impact is smaller. 3. smooth drive of the sensorless brush less motor. The zero start technology of the electric vehicle without brush sensor (i.e. hall free) is a leading topic in the industry. The special filtering algorithm is adopted in the project of muffler of air duct, which is a good starting scheme at present.
