According to the water supply scale and water quality testing requirements, the urban water supply plant should set up a water quality testing room, equipped with corresponding testing personnel and equipment, responsible for the raw water testing, purification process effluent testing, muffler outlet water testing and pipe network water testing. (cj3020) requires that it should not be used as a water supply source when the water quality does not meet the standard. If it can not be used due to conditions, the water plant must increase the corresponding treatment process and strengthen the monitoring of relevant indicators. The purified water quality must meet the requirements of GB5749 drinking water standard. The raw water supply enterprises in cities and towns must monitor the quality of raw water entering cities and towns according to the current national hygienic standard for drinking water (GB5749) and the local quality characteristics of raw water. When the raw water quality changes abnormally, the monitoring items and frequency should be increased as required. Urban water supply enterprises using surface water as water source should establish online water quality monitoring, fan muffler manufacturer and early warning system near the water intake or in the water source protection area. According to the characteristics and conditions of local raw water, appropriate on-line monitoring and early warning project of raw water quality should be selected. If the water supply enterprise has not established the raw water quality on-line monitoring and early warning system, the raw water quality monitoring points should be defined in an appropriate range, and representative water quality monitoring points should be set up in the monitoring points. If the water source is groundwater, the water supply plant should select representative water source well and pressure supplement well (or whole well) as the raw water quality monitoring points in the catchment area or well group.
