The diaphragm pressure gauge instrument is composed of measuring system (including flange joint and corrugated diaphragm), transmission indicating mechanism (including connecting rod, gear transmission mechanism, pointer and dial plate) and shell (including meter case and cover ring). The instrument shell adopts splash proof structure with good sealing performance, which can protect the internal mechanism from pollution. The working principle of the diaphragm pressure gauge is based on the deformation of the elastic element (diaphragm on the measuring system). Under the pressure of the measured medium, the diaphragm is forced to produce corresponding elastic deformation displacement, which is driven and amplified by the linkage group through the transmission mechanism, and the measured values are indicated one by one on the dial by the pointer fixed on the gear.
