The development of crane anti-high-voltage electrical system can alarm or eliminate the possible danger by sensors when the crane is in danger, so as to achieve the purpose of safety and intelligence of crane muffler accessories in high-voltage electrical environment. The system is to develop and select the sensor form and installation mode. Due to the limitation of working site, this technology is widely used in foreign crane products to achieve the purpose of safe operation. In this paper, the theory and application of this technology are systematically studied. Large tonnage crane adopts closed system control, but lacks perfect theoretical model, multi pump system management, power distribution and limit power control, including engine control. Aerial vehicle is a kind of special machine, which requires high safety and reliability. In order to improve the height, service life and efficiency of the aircraft, we plan to develop the finite element analysis software in cooperation with the pipe muffler school.
